The Cerasuola Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Mandranova is obtained exclusively by a careful selection of Cerasuola olives during the second ten days of October. This unique Sicilian monocultivar extra virgin olive oil has a light fruitiness with a taste of fruit, basil, and lettuce. The Mandranova Cerasuola is medium fruity, with flavors of olive, hay, almond and marjoram. It has a pleasantly bitter and peppery aftertaste.
