Ciliegia Amara Cocktail, with Fabbri Dry Gin

This complex and bitter-sweet cocktail is ideal for Negroni-lovers.

Translating to "bitter cherry," this cocktail features Fabbri Dry Gin, which is distilled using pure Fabbri Amarena distillate with juniper berries, bitter orange peel, licorice root, angelica root, coriander and cardamom.

In 1905, Gennaro Fabbri transformed an old grocery store in Portomaggiore, in Ferrara, into a liqueur producer and distributor. In the 1920s, he began producing alcoholic and non-alcoholic syrups, creating the brand's most famous product using his wife's recipe, "Marena con Frutto," which would eventually become the iconic Amarena Fabbri. Gennaro bought Bar Centrale in Bologna, which his sons converted into an elegant salon featuring Fabbri products. The family legacy continued, with the company now led by the 5th generation. From toppings and syrups to spirits and more, Fabbri has become synonymous with artisan Italian gelato and a staple at bars around the world.
