The Spaghettoni from Il Pastaio Di Gragnano are made with the rigorously selected durum wheat semolina that is mixed with water from Gragnano. Spaghettone is named for the Italian word spago meaning string or thread. This shape is similar to the classic spaghetto but is larger.
